    Reporting an item on ebay...

Okay, let's say I want to report an item on ebay because I bought it here on SCF, never received it, never got a refund, never got a chance to dispute it with paypal because I was away when it the time limit expired, and now it's being listed on ebay? What category does it fall under, stolen property or fraudulent listing?

Obviously I'm very mad about this situation, and have considered putting a bid on the card, even though I already bought it, but I'm worried that I'm not going to get it AGAIN...

Different IDs, but the guy's real name is in his ebay account ID, so it's the same person.

Nothing was done here, and paypal wouldn't let me dispute due time(I was gone when the time expired).

Have you contacted this guy? I'm just curious what kind of answer, if any, he ever gave you regarding the card he essentially stole from you.

He actually replied on ebay and said that he's confused and doesn't know who I am, even though my SCF and ebay id are the same

The first thing to do is probably to ensure that the trade is closed with claims being mentioned (ie. sent money but never received card, etc). You now have ammo to back you up when you contact ebay.
