call the police and see what your rights are, if you have pp proof that you bought this card, they may be able to charge him with fraud, theft etc

Wow, don't call the police.. threaten too, maybe, but don't really do it. Maybe he just forgot, and plus it isn't a high-end card. You want to possibly ruin someones life over a few bucks? Don't.

So it is ok to steal , because it's only a few bucks?
What is the magic dollar figure that makes it bad to steal, $20, $40, $50?
    Your statement makes no sense...

Who knows if he stole. Like I said, maybe he forgot. Maybe he had issues. Don't just jump to calling the police. That is stupid. Threaten him about calling the police and I guarantee he will send the card or pay him back.

And no, it isn't okay to steal ever. But he could be a 15 year old kid not use to cards. To possibly ruin someones life over a few bucks? Not cool. People who jump to calling the police.. ridiculous.

I actually spent $55 on it the first time and never got the card or a refund, so it's not exactly a few bucks.

I would still like to know what category to report it as lol

    hi there

if both buyer & seller are from different countries i can guarantee the cops will not do anything i talk to a cop about something like this & he said some fancy word that i forgot but it meant "let the buyer/ seller be wear" i guess its not in there jurisdiction or something like that. if the website managers can't do or will not do anything ur pretty much stuck & have to be aware of the guy.

    thanks johnnaseri

I'm positive it's the same guy.

I won't post his information publicly again, I did it in an earlier post and got in trouble for it. I should've known better...

Anyways, he hasn't been on since the June 1st, but still has an account on here. So I wouldn't worry too much about having to avoid him. Besides he will just avoid you instead, like he avoids me...
