There has yet to be a President in my lifetime that I actually like.
However, there also has yet to be an opponent in my life that I actually like. Didn't like second-term Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush II, Obama... Didn't like McCain (at least not the 2008 version; a 2000 McCain would have been palatable), Kerry, Gore, Dole, Dukakis, or Mondale.
This-- and the fact that the average voter turnout is around 50%-- should be evidence to a problem with the system.

The same way people stuck up for Bush for 8 long years. The only difference:
you guys gave Bush a chance. You have done no such thing for Obama.

8 long years? His last 4 were Obama like, but his first 4 were not as the media would have you believe.
And I'd rather stop the obama european style of gov't before we get too deep and end up like Greece. No sense in "giving someone a chance" when it's pretty apparent the direction he is taking us.
When should we stop giving him a chance in your opionion? When the bailouts stop? The banks get taken over? Private industries get taken over? 1/6th of our economy being uprooted and given to the feds? How about when we have new, rediculous energy laws? Or maybe Fairness doctrine reinstatement? Kill switch passage? Unemployment $$ for life? Need to stop it ASAP.

Bush was actually able to get some things done, some good and some bad. Despite some of the Bush admin's actions being quite controversial, I believe some of it was necessary and made our country safer after 9/11. What has Obama done besides pass a healthcare bill that almost nobody wanted, including people in his own party? I viewed the oil spill as a chance for Obama to show what he can do, and to show up the Bush administration for it's inadequate response to hurricane Katrina. Instead he has done next to nothing, turning down or ignoring offers of help, and Governor Jindal is stuck down there without the authority or resources to protect his own state from an environmental disaster. Swift and decisive action by government
could have stopped the spill from becoming as big as it has gotten.
I select this bumper sticker for Obama's response to the disaster:

And yet after four years, the country was still divided nearly 50/50 on him, same as before he even got in.

Wars are highly unpopular you realize....
And Bush's approval was like 68% at this point in time and Obama's is 46%.
What do you think the countries rating will be after 4 years of Obama?

And an approval rating of 68% means what exactly when the country is split nearly 50/50 in a poll that actually means something?
Exactly: nothing.

Satan's approval rating would have been above 50% if he had been POTUS during 9/11.
Funny how once we got past 9/11 his approval rating went in the toilet eh?
