    Need feedback advice again....

    Hey fellas,

Seems to be a recurring theme for me asking advice like this all the time, and I do apologize. Would you be upset if cards came to you inserted in a toploader but without penny sleeves and not tightened down - leaving them to move freely? Even if they came to you undamaged? And yes, I am talking about a couple of high-end stuff here.

Yes I would be pretty upset if they were high-end. But not that upset. Like I have said before....if the cards came undamaged, I wouldn't worry about it to much. But would maybe contact a mod and explain to them if that same pereson happens to do that again.

damaged vs undamaged is the only think I'd get concerned about.

Anytime I see these threads (and lots me people than just you make them) I always say the same thing: If I got the card I paid for, undamaged, I leave positive feedback - No matter what.

If you're talking about eBay, I start looking at the stars pretty closely after that though - specifically the cost of shipping. Someone charging $4 for shipping and using anything less than Penny Sleeve, Top Loader, something to secure it in the top loader (tape, cardboard, team bag, etc) and a bubble mailer..... they're not going to get 5 stars from me, and that will (eventually) catch up to them, and hit them in their pocket book.

It's on SCF. And I'm almost certain that I'm not the only one to get this treatment from this trader. And yes, I will not be dealing with him anymore.

It is positive feedback from me but I would contact the seller and tell them what they did wrong. You got the card unharmed so that is all that you can ask for.

I'd leave positive feedback and just inform the seller that he/she should use a penny sleeve and teambag along with the toploader.

This is what I suggest as well. Even if they don't have team bags, I suggest a piece of tape over the top at the very least even though it can leave a mess.

thank you for bringing this to everyones attention. i am actually guilty of doing this the first couple of times shippng, but was well informed by a smart trader on this site...to not forget to ALWAYS put tape on the top of the plastic card holder. after this trader had informed me that the card i sent was sticking out of the plastic card holder a little bit...(but there was no damage to the card....thank god) i was really concerned and would have sent him another card if he had asked. i am sort of new to sending cards TTM but i am now well educated and won't make the same mistake twice. thanks mr. ozzie for reminding everyone to "secure their cards" so that other people can enjoy the card's perfection. HAPPY TRADING TO ALL!!!
