Ritola or Hudler
So, I am coming to a HUGE decision on my PC. I collect Ritola right now, and have about 85% completed, minus 1/1's. I have a chance to get 20 plates, and most the rest of my want list. But I also want to collect Hudler, my favorite player ever, and now that he is back with Detroit makes me want to collect him. I can only choose one to supercollect, so Ritola or Hudler?

Yea, but one I'd profit if I sold it, and two, will any more Ritola's be out in products? Just a base card even? Rather build a huge PC than a 150 card one.

I think you should go focus on the harder to find Hudlers.
Ritola might not spend the season with the Wings. Hudler is proven and has upside. Watch his cards jump when the season starts

That also scares me, Hudler's value will rise. But he is still pretty affordable. And Ritola's stuff have been selling high. I like Hudler more, but like them both. Hudler may cost a few more dollars total, but at elast he will probably have some base cards (which means parallel's to chase).

If it were me, I'd go with Hudler. You clearly like him more and he will be a better player. Don't worry about money, just go for it. He's not Ovechkin or anything so it won't necessarily break the bank just like that.
Then again, if you want a COMPLETE collection that appears to be a sure thing, go for Ritola. I don't see him making any kind if impact any time soon, so I would sell while his stock is still relatively high and get what you can of Hudler while you can.
Just my 2 cents.

Me personally, I'd go with both. However, if your budget is very constricting, then I'd go with your most favourite player - that being Hudler. I wouldn't worry about the cost, as his cards will generally be stable throughout his career. The only chance his cards might jump in value in the near future is if he scores 50 goals or something significant. So, I wouldn't worry about it.

I would stick with Ritola, you were worried about him not having much more than base but over the last few years Huds hasnt had all that much. I look at the Hudlers available on ebay about once a week and not all that much available!

At least Hudler has some base cards haha. Ritola had like 7 cards in 09/10. 6 of them very easy to get. I am worried as time goes on, Ritola just won't get cards.
I am going to put my Ritola's on eBay
but I may hold on to a couple cards. If I change my mind I can remove them off eBay. So still want opinions. I wish I could just have a collection of both.

I'd rather have Hudler.
Better player, more cards to chase. And you like him the most.
Better have 50% of a player you like than 80% of a player you don't.
