i was a recepient of very nice service of UD staff for an expired redemption so i am sure that with the proper approach they might be able to do something about the expired redemption.


im not complaining on what i got , i just need to know if anyone here knows if the card was made or not . Because if the card wasnt made the Expiry Date will be rendered useless.

I would like to know the value of the card as to what equivalent card i may be able to request with .


i would appreciate if someone can help me with an approximate value for the card thnx

How can someone be screwed if they hold an expired redemption? It's expired! They don't owe you anything.

Talk to Chris Carlin and see if he can help on UD Facebook page, be nice about it. He's the only person I'd talk to about it as he's a great help and your best chance at anything.
