    Caps trade Stefan Della Rovere to STL for DJ King

    No links but this has been confirmed on multiple twitter accounts. What an awful deal giving up a prospect like SDR for someone who has been injured for the last two years.

    I honestly hadn't heard of Della Rovere before but,to get a young prospect for King is fine with me! Looks like he played in two WJC as well so I'd say the Blues did fine with this deal! I have a couple DJ King cards if any Caps fans are interested...

    Wash picking up some "muscle" since they are probably not resigning Scott Walker. If I remember correctly all of King's injuries have been fight related (wrist/hand).

    Yeah he had hand injury last season I think after he had recovered from a shoulder injury that he got in 08.

    He has pins in his shoulder from dislocating it. IMO this is such a dumb deal trading a very good prospect in SDR for a guy who's been injured so much.
