Just a heads up for anyone who didn't save the pics of these cards the first time they showed up as fakes:

My guess is that the seller doesn't know they have been repatched.

Unfortunately I don't a pic of the original, but the patch material is completely wrong. I think there's even obvious damage around the patch window.

I reported the /99 Kane twice! I might do it a few more times next week too. :) I don't think I've ever gotten a response from ebay when reporting an item, but I still think I should try. Maybe if ebay gets 10-20 reports they might look into it? The seller has no problem responding to my messages though.

For anyone wondering, here's his stance:

"what you see is what you get. i cant be more honest than that. how do you know that someone didn't black out the patch by croping prior to putting it on photobuckett. just a thought, its plain to see that what you get is what you get."

Makes sense to me. I black out all my patches when I scan them

I pretty sure that last Kane patch has been lsited before a year or two ago. I'm guessing the person packed it away for a while so everyone would forget, started a enw account and decided to sell it further down the road.
