ebay question
I purchased a box and a few additional packs of 2009-10 SP Authentic the beginning of July and still have not received them.
I had a couple of messages from the seller. The first said they were a couple of days behind on shipments and therefore refunded the shipping cost. A couple of weeks later they said they had a heavily damaged shipment so it would be another week to get the inventory back in.
I contacted them again today and no response. Should I wait a few days more or go ahead and file a claim? I really want the cards because I got a good deal.

Was it a USA dealer or Canadian?

USA and they had really good feedback up until the last couple of weeks. Sounds like the same thing is happening with a lot of other buyers.

file your claim. USA to USA shipments should not take over a month. Protect yourself before its too late. If the seller does hold up their end, the claim will resolve itself.

Never buy boxes on ebay anyhow. Get your money back before you're stuck with a Rosehill, Bitz FWA, and Gillies SOTT for your box.

I disagree slightly- there are some reputable ebay box dealers--but I'd support your LCS if possible :)

Or support Blowout and DACW, if he has issues lately... file a claim..

If something is too good to be true .... the same thing happened to a friend of mine. He bought two boxes of a higher end product and saved about $35-$45 a box from what they had been going for.
After watching the negative feedbacks pile up on the seller's eBay account and getting no response, my friend filed a claim ASAP. Don't wait until it is too late.
