What terrible luck...damaged mini hand numbered
So I went to Wal Mart again today and picked up a few retail packs of A&G. When I busted one of the packs I noticed my mini Mark Teixeira card was damaged, and at first I was like no big deal then I turned the card over and saw this...ouch

Is there something special I have to put on the envelope like a case number or something? I am gonna call the 800 number on Monday to see what they can do.

What sucks is the person that hand numbered the card should have seen the damage unless they hand numbered the cards before they were cut from the uncut sheet

The damage happened when the machine pressed the pack closed. You can see the ripples from the top of the pack were indented into the card. That suck and this is an obvious manufacturer defect that Topps should replace. The people that gripe and about getting bent corners or bad centering shouldn't really get any replacement in my opinion, but this is a valid returnable offense.

Just look up Topps Customer Service, they have a webpage that tells you exactly what to include and where to send it.
