99 Collector's Edge Question

I've got three cards from this set.

Baron Davis #4
Andre Miller #8
Frederic Weis #10

The last year shown is 98-99 so I'm assuming the year is 99-00 or just 1999. Can anybody confirm this for me? Are these cards rookies? I can't seem to find this set anywhere.

I think I have the Miller & Weis also, along with some others. Yeah, it's a 1999 set. So it's like a draft picks set. Not sure if that qualifies as a true RC or pre-RC or whatever.

I think traditionally, draft pick sets have only the "first" year on them. So it's just a 1999 set. Yes, those are base cards.

hey thanks...glad to see he's back with the Wolves too. also, since Collector's Edge is the manufacturer, is it also the name of the set? Or is Draft Picks the name of the set?

You'll normally see Collector's Edge sets listed as "Collector's Edge", "Edge", or "CE". So try those 3 if you're looking to find them listed somewhere.

ok thanks...yea I'm just putting them into my database and I have a Manufacturer field and a Set field. Soo, lookin at this set, the manufacturer would be Collector's Edge and the Set would be Draft Picks correct?

Is that how you would do it?
