I went out last night with some friends to an elementary school off the highway, it was amazing, we were out there from like 12:30 am - 2:00am and saw probably 10 REALLY good meteors and tons of small ones. First time i ever went out and watched, glad i did :)

I went out on my deck from around 11:15pm to 12:00pm PST and saw a couple REALLY good ones and a bunch of small ones. It was great to see so many, I'm glad I live in the sticks in Oregon. A great place to watch! From where I was it was so clear you could see the dim bluish colors of the Milky Way galaxy. I'm sure it would of looked great with a telescope.
