    2009-10 UD Ice Question

I think the Origional Question has been answered, but can anyone explain this:

There are 40 'Fresh Threads', but 42 'Fresh Threads Autos' /35, 43 'Fresh Threads Patches' /15, and 50 'Freah Threads Auto / Patch' /5.

I'm particularly interested because collecting Taylor Chorney this year.... these Ice cards are some I've never laid eyes on. The checklists say that he should have the Auto, and Auto / Patch (/35, /5) but not a single copy of either has ever shown up on SCF, HI, or eBay. None of the /5 is one thing..... but considering that about 10 of the /35 OPCP cards of Chorney have passed through eBay in less than a month, I'm suspecting these cards were never made.

    Please help answer this

No. They lost their exclusivity. They'll be sharing the hockey license with Panini starting very, very soon.

As to the original question, did they have a jersey card in their original rookie year? If not, they may be the reason. First crack at them getting an Ice jersey card or some such thing.

I think its mainly an attempt to balance the product equally amongst teams. The guys you mentioned (P Kane, Doughty, Cogliano, etc) are all from teams that had weak rookie classes. It seems like an effort to make the product appeal to collectors in more markets.

Hey my Brother collects Chorney as well and I help him find cards and also trade/buy some for him. And we have been looking for those 2 fresh threads as well and have yet to see one. So I do not think that they were made
