Inventory Manager...
So I just found this site and am really exited to be a part of this whole shindig. I am just curious as to everybody's thoughts on what is the best way to categorize my sets. Basically I want to complete my 71 and 72 topps baseball sets in ex or better and am wondering if it is worth my time to put in every card I have and every single one that I need.
Also wondering what is the best way to categorize every football and basketball card that I want to trade because I am a vintage baseball man. Those cards are mostly from the 90s and 2000s. Thank you for taking the time to read this post and I look forward to learning about just how cool this site can be.

If you refer to the new Ineventory Manager that we relase 10 days ago in BETA, I am the programmer that coded it. Mainly the currently inventory is a great start and free to use. It will not let you state the grade but let you enter what you have, are they PC or trader or a want item. So it's great to plug the card and it's free.
I currently have over 29,000 cards in it and 1,100 images of PC and best traders. Check coolhandluke inventory. Have many PC listed as well. I have some older hockey base card listed. Best way to let ppl know what they are. Non member can see your public inventory and thus the list may be used on other site if they allow you to post the link.
Later in 2011, we plan on coding a advance card manger inventory that will really let you set anything you want. This advance version will not be free but should be very afordable. In there you will be able to enter the item condition, if graded, what grade, note field seen by you only on the card level to store how much you pay for it and other buying info etc..
More then one image per entry. has many entry for one card as you need, enter the serial of the card, extra info like the subtitle in the store to add like 3 color patch or something to high light the card.
So, I do think it worth to enter the card. If we are missing a set, we take request too. CLick HERE and the post that will apprear has a video on how to use it and a link to the forum for request and question on this.
