Question about selling on ebay

If I tried to sell a high end card on ebay with my first account do you think the sale price would be drastically hurt because of 0 feedback? Would it also be better to sell whatever lower end stuff I have to build feedback first, or would it be only a difference of minimal $'s?

When I buy on ebay, I definitly look at the overall rating of the seller as a factor. If I were you, I would build your rating first. It;s just like building trust with trades on this site. The more you get, the better reputation you get. But this is just my opinion...

You can build your feedback through buying. I think once you break 100, people start to feel comfortable on what you sell. And when I started, I usually sold something very small amount just to understand the process. You don't want to sell $1,000 card right away.

I appreciate everyone's input. I definitely don't have 100 cards to get to a feedback score of 100. Was trying to get some quick cash to hopefully pay off a credit card before the 6 month no interest promotional period expires at the end of October. Will see if I can make it through odd jobs, but may just take the hit for low feedback.

I would say for sure build up the feedback a little first as I know some buyers are turned off when they see little to no feedback as a few other members have already said, thanks. Daniel
