I usually get mine at Wallmart. $2.49 for 6 of them, and I cut them in half.

Sounds like the dollar store might be cheaper though (based on the first response)

In my neck of the woods, Southern Ontario, there is a store called GT French Paper. They have a few locations in bigger cities. I get 500 "000" size for $59 and change taxes in. Works out to under 12 cents per envelope. This is cheaper than anything I can find on ebay! Also way cheaper than anythig listed above! Hope that helps. They also have other sizes for cheap, and bubble wrap, kraft paper, pretty much any shipping supplies you would need.

What dollar store? I checked a Buck and Near and they had large ones 2 for $1.50. I'll prolly also check a Dollarama. There are too many types of dollar stores haha.

EBay, the e-supply store is awesome.

What seller do you buy them from?

    Try London Drugs or Staples.

Don't think there is a London Drugs in my neck of the woods, I checked Lawtons and Shoppers and no luck. Also tried Staples, kinda pricey for my liking haha.

I usually get mine at Wallmart. $2.49 for 6 of them, and I cut them in half.

Still have to check Wally World...

Hey - I also live in Halifax. Dollarama @ both malls has them, and Wally World will usually have their 0's in stock. There was a while where they were out for about 2 weeks, though. Plus, if at Walmart you can get the always desirable Victory rack packs.
