Just sent a normal letter; nothing special. It was about 2/3's of a page double-spaced. I didn't send a donation either.

Really haven't sent to a whole lot of Ohio State guys, but I've had success with: Bob Knight, Pepe Pearson, Uhlenhake, Dante Lavelli (RIP), James Laurinaitis, Jim Lachey, Mike Tomczak, Larry Siegfried, and Dick LeBeau; just off the top of my head.

Berry included all sorts of nice goodies along with my card signed; very cool! When I saw the envelope the Gerhart was in, I knew it'd been to hell and back. The card is bent to pieces and smashed up horribly, but its a return nonetheless.
