    yes I use the ones from dollar stor dollarrama and its the size 0
    3 for $1
    then I can cut in half and thats 6 for $1 so its about 17cent per

    This is exactly what I do as well. I doubt there is a much cheaper route to go.

    yup dollar store is best option but I also recycle the ones I get in the mail so its also cost saving

    Yes, but most of the conversation has been people in Canada. I'm sure prices are a few cents higher for them. The Ebay deals might not ship to Canada.

    Additionally, not everyone has the means or desire to buy in bulk to average down the per unit cost. Money/opportunity cost questions abound. $50 in cards or $50 in bubble mailers. Many will choose the former over the latter.

    Go to the dollar store the have some diffrent kinds for a dollar.
    The post office isnt bad either.
