There is gold in the patch so it isn't an Indians patch. I have no doubt the jersey piece was never used hence the card is a fake, but it is some sort of random patch like all-star or something on a Yankee jersey, not any sort of Indians logo.

I still agree that this is totally clearly not what it is advertised to be and wonder what kind of person buys this sort of thing.

Edit, 2009 World Series sleeve patch. Looks like the lower right where the "s" meets the red part of the banner is what the guy used for his phony patch card.

Second Edit: Not to mention these guys are using trademarked logos without consent. I also have no doubt that is a copyrighted image they just jacked off google or somewhere. Even if they got the photos legally, they still don't have an MLB license to have the Yankees logos showing in the pictures.

Hopefully we'll see another logo on a Yankee uni with 2010 WS on it

Anyone ever email the MLB or MLBPA about this guy, they may go after him with the amount of infringements he has committed

I hate how the market has turned into nothing but fakes and forgeries. Makes it hard to add to my HOF/retired patch/auto collection knowing that half the stuff out there is either been replaced with a fake piece or it was never real in the first place.

If you view his auctions for 'older' players (Ted Williams, for example) the listing states:

"THIS REPLICA RELIC CARD IS SERIAL NUMBERED 1 OF 1 AND GRADED BY NSA"

People have actually bought these self-admitted FAKES.
He is also selling REPRINTS of old cards Graded 10 by a no-name service.

    .......unbelieveable
