    Quick Ebay Question

Probably a dumb question, but I just received my card in the mail I got from ebay. Had to pay 44 cents because there wasnt enough postage on the package. Here is my question. Would you leave a neutral for this or still leave a positive. Payed $2.99 for shipping, but the guy have 6500+ feedbacks and 100% so would hate to ruin the guys feedback for 44 cents.

How the heck does it cost an additional .44 for shipping? Did he just use stamps? Postage for a padded envelope with a card runs right at $1.30 so there is no excuse for you to have to pay an additional .44 on top of the already $2.99.

Since he has 100% positive FB you might send him a message. He might make it right.

He used the paypal shipping, but only put the weight as 1 ounce. Usually its at least 2 ounces

Then he should cover it. Send him a message telling him what happened and if he refuses then drop the neutral.

Cool thanks. I mean, not a lot to cry about, but its just the point that I pay $3 for shipping already. Should have to pay more when the package doesnt have it correctly

It's not crying at all IMO. He agreed to ship the card for $3 so the card should arrive to you safely and in a timely manner for $3. If you have to pay extra then he didn't fulfill his part of the deal.

When I sell on eBay I charge $3 and I have sent cards in screw-down and one-touch cases and still not lost money on the S&H. He should have either weighed the package or erred on the side of caution and payed the few cents for the extra ounce. I think thru PP shipping the extra ounce is only like .15 or .20 cents so it wasn't like he was going to go broke to pay it.
