The French series one actually has printing plates randomly inserted, replacing what Upper Deck did in their Series 2 up until 2008-09. I am very certain that plates were not inserted in this year's English series 1.

there was a kadri french exclusive /25 that sold for $60 on the bay. But shipping for items over $50 was another $12 for xpresspost so really you could say it sold for $72...

I haven't but I've been scouring around for the usual Habs suspects. The /25 parallels look pretty neat with the red foil stamping.

Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

Went into my LCS yesterday to try a box, and they didn't order any. Talked to the guy that runs the place, and he ordered a couple of boxes for me from his distributer. I'll let you know how it goes next week :)

There's only 499 cases produced.... and with the plates in ther e(4x 250 cards) you should get 2 per case. 20th aniversary buy backs are two per box... making them limited to 30 copies each.

YGs (I think) are the same 6-per box, the retro parallel are inserted at the same rate too. The /25 exclusives - should get one per box (probably closer to 3 per 2 boxes).

There's no GU, but this set really interests me. With it being so much more limited, and the inclusion of buybacks - for the same price - have to try it.

I busted two boxes they are in the box break section.

No retro parallels in the US1 French however.

The buybacks, the Young Guns, and the Parallels are the only hits I know of for sure. But the Printing Plates would be the same ones that would of been in Series 1 English.

If you know anybody who gets the Ryan Clowe or Michael Ryder plates, send them my way.
