Too good to be true
I have found an item I want to buy on ebay, but it seems way to good to be true. Without giving away too many details, (at the risk of someone scooping it before I do) I have found a factory sealed box that usually sells for $180-200 more than this person has it for buy it now. Shipping is listed and is on par with most sellers rates for boxes. The seller has over 10,000 feedback at 99.8%. The picture shows a sealed box, but who knows.
Do I take the risk and do a claim for item not as described if it comes and isnt what they say it is
Opinions please.........

Does the item description mention a sealed box? If not, I would stay away.

Research his recent feedback and type of items he's sold. Worse case scenario is to file a claim. GL

Then buy it. You'll win any claim if it isn't a sealed box. At over 10,000 feedback 99.8% positive is AMAZING! Always some idiot buyer who'll leave unwarranted negative feedback or the seller could have made 1 or 2 mistakes.

Just look at his other sales. He sold a box of 09/10 H&P Update for $13 bucks!!! So cheap! Trusted seller so you'll definitely get it. He had it for $250 then -15%! Crazy cheap!
