if you can let know the cops..that its this ebay id...they can track the name and adress of the paypal transaction...

Isn't the Ebay ID actually from Sean's friend? I'm assuming he had it on Ebay, then pulled it to do the deal in person. Tracking the ID is only going to lead back to the owner of the card/vehicle.

EXACTLY!!!!
I appreciate all the help I really really do, but before the wrong guy gets lynched let me clear this up. My friend listed the card on Ebay, then I decided I wanted it, so we made a deal and he ended the BIN listing. The Ebay listing you are all looking at is my friend's original listing.
As far as the serial and type of patch, I posted scans, but I also clearly stated that it is a Dual Auto Shield, so the patches are shields and the serial number is 1/1, lol!
With this kind of passion from the hobby we may find it, but let's just re-direct this passion where it needs to go.
Thank you so much from myself and my friend for all the help you are giving and will continue to give.
