You may have a long wait. I just got a replacement yesterday for a request I made back in March/April.

it took UD 2-3 months to replace my redemption.

As of 12/7/10 the redemption is being processed, pulled and packed for shipping.
So I'm hoping by next Thursday when I'm home from DC I should have something.

You just have to be patient. I get that you're unhappy but remember they are probably dealing with all sorts issues especially with 2010-11 Artifacts (I swear that stuff gets damaged so easily. )
My best suggestion going forward is to find a local dealer you are comfortable with to handle the replacements and dings etc.
UD has more incentive to be fast with them as they buy the product in bulk.

That's a pipe dream, Scott.

Its you and I, the customer, that purchases the products from the dealers that get their product from UD... without the customer, the dealer has 0 incentive to order.
UD should have more incentive to be fast with any customer for this reason alone.
you pipedown their Carl!

I will say this, from reading past threads, UD has been making good with the replacements for others and honestly, I'm not overly concerned about what it is (unless it's a Willie Mitchell Auto, then maybe! :) )
It's merely the time it is taking for this to completed.

I get you Scott,
The lack of quality on artifacts has kept me from buying additional product. I think that it's one of those things that not worth getting upset about because you can't control it.
Sure you are customer and UD will lose customers if they treat them poorly. However, they are trying to provide you with a replacement, and while it isn't time efficient my guess is that they will give you something nice.
