Okay, this is weird...
A few weeks ago I bought a pack of 2010-11 Prestige just to test them out, since I hadn't bought any basketball cards in a long time and wanted to see what the product was like. Anyhow, I pulled an Elliot Williams rookie card out of the pack, that until last night, appeared to be a regular rookie card; however, upon closer inspection, i noticed the following on the back of the card: "The attached autograph is guaranteed by Panini America Inc.". The only problem is, there's no auto on the card...
Has anybody else encountered this?
Do I contact Panini?
Does this qualify it as an error card?
Any help would be appreciated,
Thank you.

Sticker was either never placed on the card or was disloged during packaging.
You should contact Panini for a replacement card. This is a defect, not an 'rare error card'.
One of the many reasons why I hate stickers auto.

All of the Rookies have this... Panini made a big error when printing these. They said they would not honor the card as an autograph since it was a mistake.

So, if there really was an error and the card you pulled was supposed to have an autograph, how would we ever really know? Good job, Pa-crap-crap
