    Panini redemptions?????????????

Has anybody tried to redeem any of the hockey redemption cards?

I pulled a Tough Times Auto redemption and tried to redeem it and it says opps the number isn't good. I left a message with support and haven't heard back from them yet.

    Thanks.

I've entered a couple of them. Never had a problem. I'm sure Customer Service will be able to help you out.

I plugged in my Subban Certified without any issue. Keep in mind that it's the Christmas break so they may be giving their staff a few well-deserved days off.

Same thing happened to me. I tried to use the on-line customer service and after no response for 1 week(!) was forced to call (on my dime - no 1-899 number for Panini ). The woman I spoke to on the phone said those redemptions need to be mailed in, but she sounded like she didn't really know what was going on. If you get more definitive information, please post it here because I'd like to have a better idea what the plan is before I send it in.

    Inaccurate.

You just have to make the effort to look a little more.

Man people love blasting Panini right now.

That's fine, jump ship now, I'll stick around to see what's in store!

Sorry - I didn't see the number listed on their 'contact us' page. I just don't understand why they need to make it so freakishly difficult: Strike 1 - the code for the redemption doesn't work in the first place....Strike 2 - the link to the general question page didn't work. I had to post a question asking for help here....Strike 3 - my general request was completely ignored for a week; no automated e-mail response, nothing....Strike 4 - the toll-free number is not prominently placed on the 'contact us' page. I shouldn't have to 'look around' for it. If that's Panini blasting, then fine, I'm guilty. It seems to me though that I shouldn't have to jump through hoops, spin around 3 times and guess the magic words to get what I paid for.

OK - my bad. Just went back to the Panini website and the 1-800 number is posted on the 'contact us' page. Stoopid me just looked at the Customer Service number. I retract Strike 4 from above, but maintain that it shouldn't be this difficult to redeem a card.

Panini finally responded to my request - 13 days after it was made (although, to be fair, the Christmas holiday did intervene). Here is what they said:

we are having problems setting up this program on our redemption program and hoping to have it up and going by the end of the week. Please try entering your redemption at the end of the week. Have a nice day!!!

I will try early next week and report back.

    Happy New Year!!!
