    Yeah I know. But if the judge gives him anything less than a life sentance, he won't be serving enough time. He deserves it just for being him.
    In other news, TNA will now beat WWE because they have Matt Hardy!

    damn brother. that is some cold ish. the man has a problem. he shouldn't be locked up. he should be sent to a therapy and maybe some a.o.d.a. god forbid someone makes mistakes.

    I don't know about that. As long as this has dragged out I can see him getting off with no jail time.

    I disagree, how many times does he need to screw up before he gets that he cant be doing this? Maybe jail will help him to realize he needs to stop using drugs. I'm sure he's had therapy, been in rehab etc etc.

    I agree, he'll probably get off with minimal damage, probably probation, and community service.
