How to view your Panini redemptions?

I redeemed 2 cards awhile back on there website and i just wanted to check out the status of them, but can't for the life of me find out where on the site to go. I have a account so that is not the problem, any help would be nice.

    Thanks

    Go to the website:
    http://www.paniniamerica.net/

Click on 'My Account' on the top. You'll get the log in screen.

After you log in you'll see 'My Requests' on the 2nd (lower) menu bar. Hold you mouse over it, and click on 'Open Requests'

You'll see a list of your redemptions there. It just shows the codes, but if you click on the codes.... you can see the details (i.e. what card it is) on the next page.

The status for my Certified Subban RC hasn't changed since I put in the redemption # about 3 months ago now.

yeah i tried that but it says I have 0 open requests results, and shows no cards or anything.

I thought maybe i didnt do it properly(the redemptions) so I punched in the numbers again, and it told me those cards have already been redeemed.

Any chance they recently mailed out your redemptions and removed them from your "open requests"?

I have no idea, mine was also a subban Freshman signatures #186 and another card. I only redeemed them about 2-3weeks ago. I would think that it would say something if it had shipped them to me no?

No idea. I know that Upper Deck doesn't (other than update the status) so I'm not sure if Panini would or not.

Did you check 'Closed Requests' too? If they've fulfiled them, and sent them off.... I would suspect that's where they'll show up.

yep checked there too, says the same thing as the open request does. oh well I guess i will wait a bit and see what happens and if nothing arrives I can put in a ticket or give them I shout I guess.

    Thanks for the help

Did you just punch in the code and it said what card you had and you stopped there? If so, you probably didn't punch it in properly. You need to complete a few more steps to confirm your redemption request. I think there is a button that says proceed or confirm or something like that. I don't quite remember the whole process.

Did you get a confirmation e-mail when you redeemed each card? If not, as the previous poster mentioned, you probably didn't complete the redemption process.
