To clear sinuses and sometimes helps relieves colds....try a Neti pot...google it...I have one and it is amazing...and fun to look at the stuff that crawls outta your head/nose. lol
Eat alot of fruit and veggies.....I find when I am sick, I eat a lot more than I usually do and I feel better sooner...get as much sleep as you can and drink alot of fluid (water and gatorade)

Its not a sinus infection, as there's ALOT of people at my school and the surrounding schools that have the flu, and they closed my school, and another school close to us, because of the illness going around.
Also, my nose is stuffy one minute, and then runny the next...even both at the same time every once and a while.
We dont have any DayQuil, but dad's got some NyQuil...and Ill take it before I go to bed.

Just got the DayQuil! :)
Would this be safe to take before bed?
And also, it says to take 2 tablets with water every 4 hours....do I have to take them both at the same time?
I dont wanna do something wrong and overdose accidentally lol

Alright, woke up at 9:25, got some Gatorade, and took 2 DayQuils.
Last night, I was asleep and I just randomly woke up and started getting sick...but nothing came up but stomach acid (sorry if thats a little graphic for some lol).
BUT, I felt 150% better!!
Hopefully Ill be able to get over this by tomorrow.
Afterall, it is Super Bowl Sunday!
This is going to be great, since Im a Steelers fan.

runny nose = antihistamine (i.e. loratadine(Claritin) or cetirizine (Zyrtec))
cough = dextromethorphan
sneeze = antihistamine (see above)
stuffy head = decongestant (i.e. pseudoephedrine (Sudafed), stay away from phenylephrine...it doesn't work very well)
sore throat = acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Advil)
