I can do the actual size, which yours is fine. I can't however do the file size, which yours is over for more than likely being animated

reg members max is 45KB, VIP is 75KB, yours is 118.5KB

Honestly not sure. I don't deal with file sizes, just resizing the dimensions via photobucket as a courtesy to members.
