My Newest PC Addition
I know this card may not seem important to anyone but I've been working on this 2003 Ultimate Signatures set for 5 years and I have never seen this Kerry Wood autograph. I have been looking for it on eBay and forums since 2006. I actually thought that it was on the checklist but was never actually released or circulated. I'm really not sure why it was so hard to find because its not that rare to not see in 5 years. Anyways, I now have 38 of the 45 cards in the set and am very happy I found this card!

Congrats, I know the feeling of the excitement when you first see the card and your wondering, really, is that what I think it is.... I'm working on a football subset (4 years and counting now)

I was looking at your bucket, thats a pretty sweet subset. On the card autos are really nice

Thanks a lot! Yeah when I first got into collecting in 2005, I saw a card from this set and thought it was the prettiest designed card I'd seen. Plus the fact that they are on card autos is a bonus. I looked at the checklist to see if the set was something that I thought I could eventually achieve and decided that I could do it. I've picked up probably 1 auto every couple months, sometimes more, and now I'm now down to 7 autos, Matsui, ARod, Ichiro x2, Giambi x2 (hard to find), and a Clemens. I found 1 of the Giambis a guy had on beckett.com but he was wanting to charge me $50 for it, which is pretty ridiculous so I passed on it. I have no idea how I'm going to attain the Ichiros but I will find a way! I once thought that same thing about the 2 Pujols' and now I have both of them! The last Ichiro I saw sold on eBay for like $650+!

Doesn't that suck when you finally find one you've been looking for and the seller is asking a crazy amount for it. There is one for me now that a guy has had on ebay for about a year now, and I'm the only one that has put in an offer, and he wont budge. Whatever, in time...
I'll keep an eye out for the others your looking for
