Wow panini....wow
So as many of you can tell I am currently doing the set of timeless treasures rookie autos for this year. a good 10 or 15 of them are redemptions which is upsetting in itself lol. so today i got in four, avery bradley, greivis vasquez, derrick favors, and john wall. They all came in seperate packages. the last one was the john wall and i said to myself, "watch it be damaged...". GUESS WHAT! it wassss. of the four corners in the autograph panel, three are creased. there is a random red mark on the top left side. and then there is a huge lump in the autograph panel. it looks like whoever was assembling the card decided to put a booger in there. there is SOMETHING in it because its not just an air pocket. their website says they wont replace cards that have "trapped autographs", which im guessing is what they consider these are. I have little hope of them replacing the card, let alone replacing the exact card for the set (im not really interested in any other john wall. i bought it for the set, not for the player). So i called them today but they are closed so I was told just to leave a message. UGH we'll see.. ill keep the post updated O_O

called them three more times. no answer every time, left a message, still never heard back.

well since i didnt get any calls back i went through the website and opened a damaged card claim. sending the card in. not expecting much in return with how this is going.

Yea customer service is a joke for them. Call back what company does that without offering a time frame they will call u back? Ive called 3x and havent got a call back yet in the last 2 weeks. I had to write a rant thread today about it.LOL

They are in the process of moving i found out, they are down for 1-2 weeks. I have left several messages before i just hit 0 a bunch of times to get an operator to find out what is going on with their QC department.

would be nice if they post that on there website or something.LOL Thats no excuse anyways cant shut down for 2 weeks. Nobody will every get anything now theyll b so far behind.
