Thumbs up New trader/PC website. Check it out! Let me know what you think!

Just finished putting together a website to house my traders and PC. I still have some work to do on the Ian White section of the site. Check it out and let me know what you think. I am wondering which is better, the slideshow or gallery for viewing traders (you will see what I mean if you check out the site), currently I am using slideshow format for the traders and gallery format for PC items. Any suggestions for improvements are welcome!

    Check it out HERE

Can also use the link it my sig...

If anyone is interested in checking out Weebly to make their own site check here: Weebly.

    Congrats on finishing the website!

Thanks! It took 5+ hours to do what I have done so far. Ian White section will hopefully get done soon. Those OPC parallels are gonna be fun to figure out...

Love Weebly too! Great site for building your own website if anyone has been thinking about it themselves. I have made 3 different websites using it so far! It's really easy!

Great work, Kris! Personally, I think the slideshow is preferable as it looks a little more... not sure the word to use here.. neat? Organized? Professional? I'm sure you get what I'm trying to say..! lol

Either way, awesome website - thanks for sharing!

Nice and Clean and really clear. Well done !!! Shows you've taken the time. Send this to UD and tell them that you want to be their Web Designer, as they haven't a clue. Lol

Nice looking site. Been working on changing mine over m'self!

Only thing I would suggest, is that I get a lot of people finding me by a Google search -- with no "text list" of the cards you have/want, you may miss out on various opportunities. Not sure how you'd blend those together tho!

Still, a fantastic looking site.. Very slick!

I was thinking the same thing, plus it is easier to see everything that I have with the slideshow because you don't have to scroll and anyone can just scan through the slideshow to see everything. Thanks!

Thats a good point! I did not think of that... I guess I was more in the mindset that most people would get to my site from SCF and not google, but I will have to maybe think about somehow getting a text list integrated into it somehow....

    **EDIT**
Well I added another page with a simple text list and added in captions for each image in the slideshow. I am not sure if the captions in the slideshow appear in google search results, but if they don't, then the text list should. Thanks again for the input!

Looks great, and a smart way to get the search-able text on there!

I know that I search this site every day for "Osgood", and have missed out on a few because people only post a photo of a card and not the actual text. I think this will do well for ya.
