    UD Redemption Replacement

    My first new thread! And a little rant...

    So first off I want to say that I have been very happy with UD's customer service so far. They've been very generous with damaged card replacements and other redemptions, but this latest redemption replacement wasn't so great. Replaced a UD 09-10 Wilson Chandler Signature Collection with a 08-09 Renaldo Balkman Star Signings. Now I wasn't expecting much because even though Chandler is a decent player his stuff isn't going to be that valuable, but my issue was that UD didn't even seem to take into account the list of players and teams I requested when I asked for the replacement, they just sent me any old Knick that was lying around. Hope they don't do that with another high end redemption i'm waiting for.

    Is this something anyone thinks I should contact them about, or should I just live with it and maybe just try to trade it for something I'd rather have?

    i'd send it back and ask for something else. UD can't just take sell value into consideration. UD forgets that they sell "trading cards" and that people actually trade them. You can easily trade a wilson chandler auto but its a little harder to find somebody who would want a balkman auto lol

    makes u feel any better at ALL i sent a westbrook auto/jsy rc and got back a topps sig SPUD WEBB auto/1899 i think i got u beat???? thats why i will NEVER buy the product again :(

    i doubt it.....upper deck is super hit or miss with their replacements just like their products.....every scenario is case by case....you either get someone who knows what they're doing to replace your card or you get someone that has no clue but might be able to read a beckett

    I thought UD 09-10 Wilson Chandler Signature Collection is like a $3 card, no?

    If everyone tries to demand from Upper Deck even for $3 card, I guess this is one of the reasons why Upper Deck couldn't fulfill all of the requests.

    Yea, but it was just the fact that they didn't seem to take the replacement suggestions into consideration at all. Wasn't even expecting a starter, even a scrub from your fav team would be good. But maybe they didn't have any, idk, thats why I wasn't sure if I should just leave it be.
