playoff rosters? leighton
if the flyers want him back up,does he have 2 clear waivers again?or can he come up on the playoff roster?
i know a team like the habs would love 2 have a goalie that has won a playoff series.just sayin

I think the rule is this:
Yes he must clear waivers to rejoin the flyers playoff roster. If a team puts in a claim for him, he will go to that team but would not be eligible to play in the postseason for the team that claimed him. so any team that claimed him would do it only to block the flyers from adding him to the roster.
The most recent example i can think of this was 2 years ago when the Pens sent down Miro Satan right at the deadline to free up cap room. He was recalled once the salary cap stopped counting and nobody claimed him on re-entry so he was allowed to rejoin the Pens playoff roster.

Yes he would have to clear waivers.
