card conditioning
just wanted to know a couple things, and what you guys thought.
when I get a new card in, I inspect for any imperfections, and I make sure the corners are good.
what is the best way to clean a card if any of you do this?
and where can I get magnet holders and toploaders sleeves at a good price?

Inspection good.
'Cleaning' bad - maybe. I've 'wiped' cards before with a kleenex or soft, polishing cloth to remove dust or fingerprints (especially 'chrome' cards), but I feel anything more is considered 'altering'.
The best place for supplies is the LCS. He can probably get them cheaper and in greater quantity to get you better pricing (it's a function of shipping costs). If that's not an option (I know the feeling), you will need to resort to buying bulk to get decent prices (again, mostly due to shipping costs) and, honestly, eBay is about as good as I've been able to find. If you find a good seller, most of them have websites and you can order direct to save yourself a few bucks next time.

...I hate to receive cards with greasy fingerprints on the surface... reminds me dealers eating pizza beside their showcases!

Ugh, it sucks if you buy an Ice RC and the surface is filled with fingerprints!

There's nothing wrong with taking a soft cloth, similar to one you would get with a pair of glasses, and just wipe off fingerprints and such.
Obviously, I wouldn't risk it with an auto'd card, but for something like an Ice rookie, it's not that big of a risk.
