    Okay, I'm looking at my set, and I'm not seeing anything marked "20th Anniversary" or anything like that, but I see these flimsy "throwback" cards that look like they'd be from about 20 years ago (1991), but have current players on them. Is that what we're talking about here ?

    Yes it is. They should look like 1990-91 Upper Deck cards.
