Doughty isn't really that SIIIIICK of a d-man lol, I'd take a Rocket Richard winning sniper over him anyday.

You have lost absolutely all credibility IMO. You obviously haven't watched Doughty play at all and know nothing about him. He suffered from a concussion earlier in the year and his play was greatly affected by it. Over the last 20ish games he's been putting up a lot of points. And yes, he can shut down people. Ever seem him on a 2 on 1? I've never seen a kid that young shut people down as much as he does. Perfect body placement to cut off passes, active stick, reads the play well, and cuts down the options. Doughty is a star defender. Defense wins championships.
