A patch & some gu'd for CC

I've decided to start listing some of my gu'd cards that I've had for a while for some cc. We'll see how it goes and then I'll add more. The first group I'll list has 6 cards. Each card is 500cc delivered (top loader & bubble Envelope) or 2700cc for all 6 cards.
