    This is my method:

    Inside a #2 Bubble mailer
    1. LOR
    2. Blue Bic
    3. ROMLB (I wrap mine in a sandwich bag with hopes the person will return it wrapped so the signature will not smudge, I have seen people use ziplocs as well.)
    4. #0 Bubble mailer SASE w/ $2.07 postage (5 Forever stamps)

#2 Bubble mailer postage is $2.24. Once I get everything packaged up I take it to the PO and get exact postage on the outside mailer or you can do 6 Forever stamps.

I've used this method for about 10 ROMLB's now and never had a problem. Once I got my first one back I was hooked, they look awesome displayed. I try and send at least 2 per month now or whatever I can afford at the time. Good luck to you.

    See howiek1227's Items on eBay

Just make sure the Bic has a cap on it. It will rip the bubble mailer without the cap

    #2 Bubble mailer is 8.5X12
#0 Bubble mailer is 6X9 or 6X10 depending on where you buy them.

I buy mine at Walmart and the #2 mailer will hold the #0 mailer (you may have to fold the flap to get it to fit), ROMLB, Bic (capped) and the LOR. The #0 mailer looks small but it will hold a ROMLB and your Bic (if they decide to return it) no problem. I have yet to have one come apart on me. If you need to send a fee I usually just paper clip it to the LOR and tri-fold it.

Let us know about your successes and good luck!
