NHL HOFer Bobby Hull In Person Success
HOFer Bobby Hull had a signing today. I brought an original photo that my Elementary School gym teacher gave me over 20 years ago. The pic has the photographer's business stamp on the back with the negative #. The guy who organizes Bobby Hull's signings said he has never seen the photo before and asked if I can make a copy for Bobby before he signed it. I ran to Walgreens, got a copy made, and gave it to the legendary Blackhawk. Mr. Hull said it looks like it was from the '63-64 season, the 1st season he wore #9. He identified the players (whose faces you can see), from right to left, as: "Chico" Maki, Bobby Hull, Murray Balfour (who died the following year), Ron Murphy, and Phil Esposito (rookie year). He was generous enough to sign the original photo for me as well as my hat. Can't wait to get it framed. Great man and GO HAWKS!

So here's the real question...After you made the copy for the man, did he still charge you full price for his autograph?

This is an awesome pic and awesome story. Bobby Hull is one of my favorite IP successes I've had, too.
Congrats!
