Phillies TTM Help!

I have a Phillies baseball I'm looking to get signed and I don't know who is a good signer. Are there any good players or prospects that constantly sign?

If you're thinking of graphing the phils at Citi Field, I tried last year and didn't get anything inside the stadium besides Brian Schneider and Nelson Figueroa.

phils suck TTM, charlie manuel sends his own photo card (it's real), Carlos Ruiz has been known to sign TTM.

Victorino signs somewhat frequently in person. Howard and Rollins are hit and miss, but sign occasionally. Utley NEVER signs.

Phillies-They're bad IP and even worse TTM. Send to a retired Phillies player or something instead.

That's not true at all about Utley. At CBP, I'd say every couple of days Utley signs about 20 after stretches. Same goes for Howard.

I have no idea what his signing habits are outside of Philly...I was just responding to Cyberer's comment on Utley never signing.
