They Can do it I believe. But It will be Hard. The Perkins Trade HURT THEM!
I think this series would be in Boston's Favor if they had Perkins.

I have said this in the past, in other threads that their time is running out though with this main squad. They are unhealthy and Aging.
If They Cannot BEat the Heat this go Round, I dont See it HAppening for a LOOOOng Time.

Now is the time, They wont get it back, without major acquisitions or changes in the Future.

I see them taking it to six or possibly seven, but Miami's homecourt advantage will be the determining factor in their favor.

I Agree. Celtics beat them consistently all season long with Perkins. That Last Match-up Without Perkins that Solidified Miami's No. 2 Seed and Home Court. Hurt them.
That was a big game. But I beleive the Perkins trade, is the reason they are down right now.

BAD MOVE. Whoever approved that. I see no reason they did that.
I really Thought this was their season, they could steal one from the Lakers and the Heat this year, Next year the Heat would be the heavy favorite.

Chicago is going to be a major problem whoever wins this series anyways. So Maybe I am jumping the gun on the Celtics.

Yeah, the Perkins trade definitely hurt them. They were afraid they couldn't afford him, but they were too dumb to realize they should have at least kept him to finish out this season and win a championship, and then whatever happens...happens. In the sports world, it's sad to see that Shaq has declined so much, but I'm glad to see that he was able to give a pretty good effort out there and even score and do a couple other things. I'm really surprised that JO can still do as much as he does.

As far as the series goes, I think Boston can definitely come back and win it, but this series is going to be a toss up the rest of the way because of how sloppy play has been, especially tonight. Heat just waited around while the Celtics were incredibly sloppy out there, and then the Celtics had a surge and then the Heat were too far behind and time was running out. For the Celtics, hopefully Rondo will be able to play and his injury doesn't become a huge factor in his play as they really need him to play excellent to take control of the series. I say this thing will go no shorter than 6 games--I'm thinking a 7-game series is what this will become. Toss up for the winner.

I hope to God the C's comes back and wins the series. I also hope LeBron goes 3-21 in the series clincher for Boston, and then complains about some non-existent injury yet again.

    Haha Yea.

Bottom Line is they should have worried about Next season, Next Season. They were favs, and any major change like that good deal or bad deal, so close to playoffs is going to mess you up for a little bit. And on top of all of that It was a bad deal no matter what.
Like we said: They need to win Now, there chances were very very good this year with the team as it was when they had the best record in the season.
Next year, Everyone will be that much older, and The Heat will be much better, the Bulls are going to be better. OKC will be better. They are just getting older. This is it I think.
