So is upper deck only going to take care of people who were shorted hits if they purchased from where they want us to purchase from?

That is what I am taking from it. A bit of mixed feelings because as the end line collector, we only want to get the best price we can, but if we buy off ebay or even some local shops, I dont think they will automatically replace.

I hope it changes, because there is a lot of backlash based on that.
