Donruss Tough Times Question - Do These Exist?
Hi, I've been trying to complete the Donruss Tough Times Insert Set, just the regular non-autograph version, and I can't seem to track down the last 3 at all.
4 Dave Brown
6 Torrie Robertson
10 Harold Snepsts
Neither is on Ebay and neither shows up in completed listings as well. I have seen the Robertson and Snepsts autograph versions, but I haven't seen the Dave Brown at all.
So, do they even exist non-auto'd? Or are they super ridiculously short-printed or something? Does anyone have one of them?Hidden Content (cards crossed out are pending arrival)

I have a redemption for Dave Brown (the auto) and that's the player name when I punched the code into Panini's website.
No idea what the deal is though.

OK, well at least that confirms the auto versions for all 3 exist. I'd like to know if anyone has a regular version though. I haven't seen one and I've been searching roughly once per week on Ebay since January.

Doesn't mean they exist - just that at one point they expected them to exist :)
I'll let you know if I hear anything else though.

If somebody does find a Dave brown let me know. I won't wait for a redemption. I work with his sister, and she'll get him to sign it for me!;)
Searching for: Jagr, Palffy, Stumpel, and Boyd

Beckett's checklist lists all three autos as redemptions.

Yeah, the autos are definitely redemptions. More concerned with the non-auto versions.

Im not 100% positive but I recall hearing that all 3 cards were not produced due to contract issues. I saw almost 2 full cases of the product opened and I didnt see any of the 3 non-auto'd ones come out. I heard that the 3 auto'd versions were going to be replaced by a different player. Sorry that its all hear-say but this is what I have heard.

There's at least one copy of the non auto'd Snepsts that's in a members collection on Hobby Insider. It's the only one to sell on ebay so far that I know of.

I sent a request to Panini for clarification on this. Hoping to hear back at some point.
