lets face it there isnt a bigger jordan sack swinger then i am..and i still think lebron has a shot of matching what jordan did..whether he went to a team full of stars or not if he wins 6-7 rings and keeps on pace with his stats like he has been getting he will definately be in the same "greatest of all time " talks
i think jordan had a team of stars anyways..he had pippen, grant, hodges in his early years...all he had to do was drive get double teamed and toss it back to pippen for easy bucket or to hodges for an almost automatic 3 every time...then he had pippen, harper, kerr, rodman...really 2 for sure hall of famers and kerr has a shot..even if its slight...but say kerr gets in that 4 hall of famers on his team including himself..and not to mention the greatest coach of all time lol.heat have 3 if bosh makes it and erik spoelstra hahaLast edited by jdawg; 05-29-2011 at 02:45 PM.

Jordan could create his own shot, while Lebron cant. and until Lebron can do that he will never be better than Jordan.

he will never be better then jordan...but he has a chance to be in the same league as him..and when you average 25+ a game you have the ability to create your own shot whether your durant, jordan, or lebron

im a Lebron fan myself, was a Jordan one to before he did that stint in Washington.
Lebron doesnt have a turn around jump shot like Jordan did, Kobe does. Lebron's only way of scoring is in the open court, behind the 3 point arc, or simply bulldozing his way down the paint. i still dont know why Miami doesnt just post Lebron up on the lower block. everytime he gets the ball that low, no one can stop him.
to summarize this, Jordan was a better all around player offensively and defensively.
Lebron is stronger than Jordan ever was, but has to work on his offense (beating guys off the dribble, and creating his own shot. and he has to work on his deffense, because his defense sucks big time. sure he shut Rose down, but can Lebron take a charge? ive never seen it. i seen Lebron get burnt so many times, but he always comes from behind and tags the guy from the back. hopefully in time Lebron gets over his Cleveland style offense playing days...

lol isnt that creating is own shot? Lebron needs a coach like Pat riley, or phil jackson, or even rudy tomjanovich. he needs a proven coach that he respects. and that proven coach will teach him a thing or 2 as well

yeah, but if he played in the modern era, he would have been better, as long as he played smart, the game wasnt soft back then, players were hardcore, and he still dominated offensively, and defensively, I think its sad that alot of his stats will never be recorded, hell the guy slept w/30,000 chicks, that alone should get him a nod.

i guess, kinda sloppy looking though. its like watching Shaq in his younger years run people over just to get a dunk. Lebron needs what Derrick Rose has. yes i agree with the coach thing. the coaches he played/s for sucks. lol!
