    Ebay Scammer alert

Here I will let you decide. I had a claim filled against me in paypal. This person stated that they never received their card, which I knew was false. This person only paid for the card after 3 weeks and several polite emails from myself than a non paying bidder report to ebay. I received payment after ebay intervened and sent the card out that very day. About 2 weeks later this same person won 2 more auctions I had and sent me an email about1 week after saying he could not afford to pay for the 2 cards he had just won, and was wondering if I would agree to cancel these auctions with out report him as a non paying bidder. Knowing what I had just gone through with this same person I agreed because I didn't not want to go through all the hassle again. Then about 1 month later I get an email from paypal saying somebody had filed a claim against me saying they did not receive. I did not even have to check and I knew who it was going to be. But enough of my ramble here is the card that is selling now http://cgi.ebay.ca/10-11-Niklas-Backstrom-Crown-Royale-Coat-of-Arms-10_W0QQitemZ150615687235QQihZ005QQcategoryZ216QQss PageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
Here is the card that was won from my auction

I gave this information to paypal but yet they still don't seem to want to do anything about. I guess it is possible 2 have 2 SSP cards /10 with the exact same patch and it not be the same card because the guys ebay user name has 1 different # at the end of it. So a heads up if you see this guy bidding on one of your items.

That stinks. It looks like the fraudulent auction was ended early, so perhaps PayPal and eBay listened to you?

Do you have a scan of the back of the card with the serial number? If so, have someone send the guy a question and ask for the serial number or a scan of the back. He probably won't reply but it's worth a shot.

Instead of waiting for Paypal to do anything, use the "Report an Item" function on EBAY, and then call their customer service department. I have had good luck when talking to them on the phone.

Really? Tracking to USA, according to the original posters auction is $15. There is no way I'm paying an additional $15 for a $50 card. That would amount to a 30% surcharge. You start requiring tracking at $50 and you will chase bidders away!

Hopefully you got the serial code in picture off your card. Thats the good thing I find with serial numbered cards is you cant get scammed one day someone might say they dont have it the next day you see somewhere else. You need to have proof though that the card is the same thing.

Ebay isn't a hockey card manufacture for all they know (and we know) there is 2 cards with the exact same patch. I assume if he is using two different ebay i.d.s he has two different names and addresses listed. If not you should be in luck if Ebay wants to do some work and find out. they should be able to put the puzzle pieces together.

I see the one item is listed in Brampton, is that where you shipped the card to?
