He deserves it indeed, he killed someone. And Americans deserve to be able to drive without the worries of idiots like this on a constant basis. I for one an sick of drivers who think the rules of the road apply to everyone but them.

I agree that drinking and driving is wrong and he should have did that. However he is still someone's son, brother, friend, etc and there people that loved him that are left behind grieving.

He should have thought of those as well as the other drivers, passengers, children and babies he put at risk by doing what he did. Yeah died but it was preventable as was the murder he committed. I have zero respect for losers who did what he did. People like him should be remembered for stupid things like this in the slim chance that others choose life. Yes its harsh but so is life and what he did.

As for the incident. sounds like it was of his own recklessness. still sad to see.
