I base my offers on what I feel I will be able to do with the cards once I have them based on player, numbering, how old the card is and the set...

ok, not trying to argue just trying to figure out the system. 600 cc is like 2 or 3 dollars cash, so my thinking is the manny topps black alone is worth possibly double that based on ebay topps black sell prices. maybe i'm wrong
