    Hello, all!....from Tampa, Fl.

Wow...never knew this site existed! It's sports card heaven for me! lol. It seems like a great bunch of people. I'm from Tampa/St.Pete, Florida. I've been collecting as a kid, quit for over 10 yrs, then got back into it, buying boxes & such. It got to be expensive for me buying the higher end boxes, so I just dabble in the occasional Bowman/Topps Chrome stuff for now. I've got tons of BGS graded cards.....some I wish I hadn't sent out...lol. I have SO many that are .05 from gem mint....makes me sick.
    Anyways, greetings, all!

Oh, I'll also have some cards posted up, soon! I've been trying, but currently my cell won't send pics to my e-mail, b/c the cell's having internet issues. I guess the best card I own is 05-06 Sp Authentic Sign of Times dual LeBron/Jordan....had it sent out a cpl yrs ago & came back BGS 9 w/ 10 on the auto. (I don't know what the difference is in price if the auto would've been graded 9?) Maybe someone can explain this to me. Does the quality/grading of the auto impact the value?

Thanks, Tim, I appreciate it the warm welcoming! I definitely have a few questions. I'm not a newbie to collecting & grading, but there are things I don't know as far as selling/trading. I'm in no rush, but there are tons of cards that I don't need that maybe someone else might want.
Thanks again, Tim & good luck to pulling good one's!

welcome to the site , best trade site on the net , on your questions , everything affects the sale value on cards , even a auto grade , or being .05 from gem mint 10 , also depends on the card itself some are more rarer than others and some grades are also rarer than others again depends on that paticular card , best thing to do is research what ya have on a average of what they have sold for on ebay , not the highest it sold for or the lowest but a overall average , good luck , happy trading and if ya have any other question feel free to ask there are allot of helpful members here

Hey Trevor! Welcome to SCF. The inventory (inventory manager) on the top toolbar is a GREAT way to organize your cards. Take a peek if you have a chance!

    Thanks, Vixensportscards!
Ok, I understand what you're saying now. I'm learning. I've been looking on ebay at certain cards that I have & seeing what they go for & that's helped give me an idea. I joined because I'm getting that card collecting bug again! lol. Also trying to learn certain things. I've realized that I would've been WAY better off buying single cards on ebay rather than spending all the money I have on boxes......but, there's a certain rush you get opening packs & finding a good one! But, man.....I'd have a way better collection if I would've bought from ebay! Can't regret. I've pulled some good ones. Thanks again!

Thanks, Andrew! I'm learning my way around this site by the minute. I've yet to post my cards b/c my it's been over a day now that my cell won't send pics to my e-mail! I'll get it fixed or use someone elses. I'll take a peek at it. Thanks!
